Welcome to Midnight Mums Club. By downloading or using our app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

The app is designed for mothers and is available only to users aged 13 or older.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
If you upload a picture or audio, you grant us the right to display it within the app.

Permissions

By using the app, you may grant permissions including:

📷 Camera – to upload pictures
🎙 Microphone – to record and send audio messages
🔔 Notifications – to receive reminders
💾 Storage – to save and access media files

Permissions are only used for their intended purpose and can be disabled in device settings.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features may require a subscription.
Payments are securely processed using trusted payment systems.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the payment provider’s policies.

Account Deletion

If you delete your account, all associated data (email, profile info, pictures, audio, etc.) will be permanently removed.

Objectionable Content Policy

Zero tolerance: Midnight Mums Club prohibits the following:

Harassment, abuse, or threats
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Sexually explicit, violent, or harmful content
Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity

✅ Users can report content and block abusive users.
✅ All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
✅ Offending content will be removed and offending accounts ejected.

Prohibited Uses

Illegal or harmful activities
Accessing accounts without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Objectionable Content Policy.

The app is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
